Who we are

This page is run by Sam & Jasi Real Estate Team, real estate brokers at RE/MAX Gold Realty Inc., Brokerage, 5865 McLaughlin Rd, Unit 6, Mississauga, ON L5R 3V5. We are responsible for the information you give us here.

What we collect and why

Your home’s address and the answers you tap, plus your name, email and phone number. We use them to prepare your home evaluation and to contact you about it by phone, email or text. If you tick the box for updates, we’ll also send occasional market news by email and text; you can unsubscribe from any message.

We also record which ad or link brought you here (its campaign tags) and the date and time you sent the form, so we know which ads are useful. If ad measurement is switched on, Meta or Google may set cookies to count visits and completed forms; they are told a form was sent, never your answers, name, email, phone number or address.

Who sees it

Our team and our brokerage. Your details are stored with the services that run this website and our client records (Netlify, and our records system), which may keep data outside Canada, including the United States. Address suggestions come from Photon, an OpenStreetMap search by komoot; only the text you type is sent, through our site. We never sell your information or share it with anyone else for their marketing.

How long we keep it, and your choices

We keep your details while we’re helping you and for our brokerage’s records after that. You can ask to see, correct or delete your information, or withdraw your consent, at any time: email Sam@SamAndJasi.com or write to us at 5865 McLaughlin Rd, Unit 6, Mississauga, ON L5R 3V5.
