Our story
We teamed up for a simple reason. Selling or buying a home is a big deal, and it deserves two people paying close attention.
Most of our clients are families: first homes, growing homes, downsizing homes. They want someone who knows the street, tells them the truth about price and handles the details so they don’t have to.
So that’s how we work. We walk every home ourselves, build a pricing strategy from real sales, launch it with staging, photography and pre-market buzz, and negotiate every offer as a pair. You always have one of us on the phone.
Good real estate is mostly care. The rest is follow-through.
