Sam Luthera
Sam has been selling real estate in the GTA since 2014. More than a decade in, he still treats every deal like it’s the only one on his desk.
Since 2014, Sam has worked through every kind of market the GTA can throw at a seller: bidding wars, slow springs, sudden rate changes and everything in between. That experience shows up where it counts most, in the price you list at and the deal you sign.
Sam knows how to read a market and how to work a negotiation. He studies the sales on your street, watches how buyers are behaving that week and builds a launch plan that brings the right buyers in early. When offers arrive, he negotiates every line, from price and deposit to conditions and closing date, so you keep more of your money and sign a deal that holds together.
Buyers get the same focus. Sam pulls the numbers before you make an offer, tells you honestly what a home is worth and fights for terms that protect you.

Jasi Shoker
Jasi has been in real estate since 2017, and he brings a rare mix to every deal: sharp negotiating and genuine care for the people on his side of the table.
From the first walk-through to the day the keys change hands, Jasi stays on top of every detail. He prepares each listing to launch at its best, with staging, professional photography and a marketing plan aimed squarely at the buyers most likely to pay top dollar.
He is just as strong at the negotiating table. Jasi prepares for offer night like a closing argument, knows which terms matter as much as price and stays calm when the pressure is on, so his clients don’t have to.
For buyers, Jasi is the steady hand through a big decision: the search, the showings, the offer, the conditions and the lawyer, all handled with patience and straight answers.
